Cost-effective method to achieve good water status

• We don’t have much time! According to the EU Water Framework Directive that has been incorporated into Swedish legislation, all Swedish lakes larger than one square kilometer must have achieved good ecological and chemical status by 2027.

• Measures that contribute to good water status can receive Swedish state-financed grants (LOVA grants). Vattenresurs has extensive experience of how to apply for LOVA grants and can provide help with the application process.
