Our EKOBENTIK method is recommended by the Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management as well as by regional water-management authorities.

Vattenresurs also participates in research projects together with Stockholm University and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). Among other things, we participate in a research project about cleaning sea bays along the coast of the Baltic Sea. Since 2023 Vattenresurs has participated with the SLU in an EU-funded research programme on restoration of nutrient-rich (eutrophic) lakes in the Baltic countries.

We also cooperate with the non-profit organization “Race for the Baltic” within the project “Underwater restoration”, where our method effectively contributes to reducing nutrient loads in the Baltic Sea.
